Suggestions from the travel agent are always welcome as we fully trust the travel agent to build a good itinerary rather than us having to do any research ourselves as that is the very purpose of a travel agent. Some key locations I found out about when I reached arunachal only once my driver told me about those (like holy waterfall and mandala top), the travel agent never once mentioned those, that additional suggestion from the agent about possible good locations to explore is always welcome, rather than getting a surprise upon reaching the destination because then you cannot really do anything about it. A good itinerary should always be built based on locations and then giving the guest an option regarding number of days and cost, rather than it being the other way around. Even if the number of days and cost is being finalized, I would have appreciated if the agent would have at least given me a heads up of potential locations being missed, instead of mentioning that all sightseeing is already covered which was clearly not the case. If I would have known I am missing visiting a place like holy waterfall I would have definitely reconsidered increasing the number of days and the cost that I am spending on my visit. But did not get that chance until I reached.

We did face one issue with our assigned driver, Rakibul, who initially tried to skip several places from the itinerary. We had to raise this with Prabhat, and I really appreciate how promptly he stepped in, spoke to the driver, and ensured we were able to cover everything as planned.. e arrived in Guwahati at around 12 AM, the driver arrived on time, but he took us to a different hotel. I questioned the route multiple times as it did not seem correct. Traveling late at night in an unfamiliar city with my wife felt unsafe and stressful, especially since the roads were empty and it was around 2 AM. Eventually, he realized that the hotel was wrong, and only after that were we taken to the correct hotel. The next day, we were supposed to visit Maa Kamakhya Temple, but we discovered that no booking had been made for us, even though the package was booked on the 19th for travel starting on December 27 (an 8-day itinerary). This was very disappointing, especially considering the amount we paid. Apart from these issues, the hotels were very nice, the driver was polite and supportive, and the destinations themselves were beautiful. Another disappointing aspect was the lack of follow-up. After I paid the full amount, and even after completing the trip, I never received a single call asking about our experience, feedback, or whether anything could be improved. Overall, while some aspects were good, I did not expect these kinds of issues at this price point.

Although the rooms were good and initially the staff entertained us while checking-in, later while checking out the staff didn't bother to wake up in the morning for breakfast or for the settlement. No response at all. The driver was good but he didn't guide us properly about the itinerary locations, the travel time taken. We had to constantly ask about the locations travel time and basic information. A driver should be proactively involved with the passengers in telling about the local people, their culture, their traditions if he is there for more a day with us. If you want to stay near Police bazar choose different hotel) Pyrkyns Inn - Cherrapunjee (Excellent Hotel) Ka bri war - (Mawlynnongh and Dawki). Excellent hotel views and food but location is in between the two. Be ready for hactic travel next day if you are going to Krang suri and Dawki) Hotel Rituraj - Excellent hotel near to Brahmaputra cruise and Kamakhya Temple. Brahmaputra people go for upper deck but middle deck is also very nice. You get good photos and cruise music band and DJ party will not be there in upper cruise for sunset cruise. Must Visit places - Elephant Safari, Krang suri water fall (Don't forget to take a bath in Water fall. Be ready for cold water), Dawki River boating (Good clean water), Nohkalikai water fall, Seven sister water fall only in monsoon (There is no water right now).
