Some key locations I found out about when I reached arunachal only once my driver told me about those (like holy waterfall and mandala top), the travel agent never once mentioned those, that additional suggestion from the agent about possible good locations to explore is always welcome, rather than getting a surprise upon reaching the destination because then you cannot really do anything about it. A good itinerary should always be built based on locations and then giving the guest an option regarding number of days and cost, rather than it being the other way around. Even if the number of days and cost is being finalized, I would have appreciated if the agent would have at least given me a heads up of potential locations being missed, instead of mentioning that all sightseeing is already covered which was clearly not the case. If I would have known I am missing visiting a place like holy waterfall I would have definitely reconsidered increasing the number of days and the cost that I am spending on my visit. But did not get that chance until I reached.

But i believe there are multiple vendors getting involved in the process, which may not go well for the customer.
